The easiest thing for me to do (and I usually do) is use my pro lab sending the images through the Labtricity system. They know me there and have all relevant information. However, we needed something really quick and cheap (wife's angle on that one) so went to the nearby Walmart. -- Best regar

No, the issue for labs is that if they reproduce something that is copyrighted they are on the hook for it. If a customer came in with copyrighted material and said it wasn't, the lab is still liable if they reproduce it. So they either need a sworn statement from the photographer on company lett
