NR Luminance.
With that wide a lens you should be able to handhold at 1/60th or
1/100th anyway. That will buy you back a stop of lower ISO.
NR Luminance 100 is a guaranteed watercolor effect. Keep the Detail
sliders at 50 too.

Some years back, while driving a local back road, I noticed a couple guys, on a
pull-off, standing by a stump covered with bottles.

though detail declines as speed increases. The sharpening and noise tools take
some reading and practice, but work well.

You would have half a stop more light entering the viewfinder, which isn't
much, for manual focusing. However, I guess the DA lens is autofocus, so you
might want to delegate that to the chain gang of enslaved pixies operating
the focusing mechanism in the engine room.
