Another quiet day down by the Lake. All the birds are gone, it seems,
except ducks, geese, gulls and (of course!) cormorants. All the tree
and land birds seem to have (literally) gone south. Didn't see any
mammals, either.
So, I decided to put on the macro and look for tiny things. Saw these
Our Ann arrived in Toronto on Wednesday night, and made her way to New
Toronto for dinner at our place last night.
Tired and fighting a nasty cold, she was never the less in great
spirits and we had a lovely evening talking about all of you behind
