I have all of my systems back to Windows 7. I expect I'll be a while yet
finding and repairing all the things Windoze 10 broke.

You might want to take a look at RawTherapee. I haven't used it in
quite a while, but it seemed quite capable as a Raw Converter/Image
Editor not all the bells and whistles of Photoshop, but more capable
than a straight raw converter. I chucked it basically because it

to upgrade from Win7. It works; it does what I want; I'm leaving well
enough alone...
Also my PC is so low spec that I'm almost certain I'd run into worse
