Mitsubishi fabs alpha processors. They were one of the outsources that the US
government insisted upon before the breakup of DEC. Intel and Samsung were the
others. Intel loved it they actually got the DEC fab and the use of alpha
technology which allowed their current processors to be made. I
not according to their financial filings and Hoovers' company summary.
