Hi,
I am experiencing strange crashes with iPeng 1.1.
I started iPeng and waited some time (20 sec or so) on the Now playing
screen. I then switched to the Album list and iPeng informed me that it
is synchronizing the cache. After some time, while still synchronizing

Oh, yes. That sounds like a bug.
Could you file a ticket so I don't forget to fix it?

The server was not scanning at the time, but it had done a scan and

Was it a full rescan? (Clear and
I'm really enjoying iPeng 1.1 - it's an excellent app, the undocumented
feature works brilliantly. I'm also delighted to see support for the
MusicIp mixer added amongst the many other features.
However I don't think the interface within the Browse Menu quite works;

A little bit more info. I had another problem recently which meant I had
to reinstall SC from scratch. Even after I reinstalled my problem
persists. One other thing to mention is on Custom Scan I turn off the
Mixed Tag and Custom Tag. This shouldn't make a difference, right?

No, sometimes it is as the progressbar just freezes.
And now a third crash of iPeng occurred, under conditions like the
previous two crashes. After the crash I restarted iPeng. The scan
did the iPod go into sleep mode while loading the data? Does the bar

Could it be you've got a bad WiFi connection?

OK, a few things about what is going on:
1. iPeng reads the data in the table in pages of 100, 300, 300...
items so it's quite normal that it always gets stuck on the same album.
It doesn't mean there's something happening at the next one, it's more
like something happening during the next 300

I have to agree with Club1820 - since the change up to squeeze center,
synchonization with softsqueeze is terrible. I periodically hunt for
tips or tricks to try (which is why I have looked here again). Still
sucks, unfortunately. So I sync my 3 squeezeboxes, but not my
computer.

If pulse is running then I think you will need to investigate how pulse

Also there are special pulse audio groups that the user running
