I have Use SqueezeCenter's font size setting set to OFF, but I have
tried it both ways.
Since I already have a SB3 and TP that I use with MusicInfoScrn, I
basically copied the same options over to the Boom. I realize there
will be differences, but this should have gotten me at least close.

Try this checklist:
1) be sure you installed InguzDSP on \program
files\Squeezebox\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
2) install lame.exe in the same directory
2) be sure you installed InguzEQ on \Program
files\Squeezebox\server\Plugins\InguzEQ

I'm no expert, but I can't see any QNAP settings that would prevent
audio packets being received. The iPlayer live broadcasts work fine, as
did the Listen Again broadcasts with the prior version of SSOTS (3.8)
and SBS (7.3).
I've just noticed that Listen Again actually does work for the BBC
I don't know this platform, but can you send signals to the squeezebox
server process ?
kill -STOP pid should freeze the server, and kill -CONT pid to

That shows faad.exe is OK. It looks like your problem is not caused by
the usual sources.
Since the illstreet48.pls also fails - it indicates the problem is in
the SC transcoding which involves faad.exe but it is not clear why it is
failing. So it is necessary to get some more detailed log

streams).
The BBC streams that do work are http-WMA (= live streams and World
Service Listen Again).
I can't recall coming across any other combinations, but half-remember
trying rtmp-Flash/MP3 and it not working.
Previously,
I think v0.6 of BBCiPlayer did not use Flash/AAC for Listen Again so it
looks like the problem is Flash/AAC and possibly something about the
QNAP environment.

Initially, I could not edit the 'big' field, only the smaller, normal
MusicInfoScrn fields. I made the smaller fields into blanks, then I had

I moved my actual iTunes library data (the entire Music/iTunes folder)

I've added back the raw MP3 tag parsing as an option in the Custom Scan
