I've been using iPeng for a while now and love it, I have a few licenses
scattered across multiple devices.
One quirk I haven't been able to resolve though is that when I open
iPeng on a device, if there is any local playback on the device (ie a
podcast playing to headphones or an spotify being
This is GREAT! Thanks so much!

I missed this announcement.
Excellent addition, I vaguely remember looking in local artwork for .pdf
files but now I know where to look.

Hi,
I was about to give this another try since it seems amazing. But I have
a really hard time to follow the README/HOWTO from start -> finish. I
would like to use alexa-squeeze with the MQTT transporter.
Is it worth waiting for 2.0? Will that one be easier to setup?
Meanwhile I have loaded a number of booklets into my music library, all
pdf's. The strange thing is that some get displayed and some not. I
Did you create them all yourself? Where do you get them to displayed or
not? What UI are you using? What platform/OS is your LMS running on?

Thanks for your answer. I'm not clear what settings to check or change
in order to see if I can get other devices (besides the device that is
logged in to the same Spotify account as Spotty is logged into) to "see"
the Spotify connect options. All devices are on the same WiFi subnet. I

Hi Wayne
A couple of quick queries please. I am running Version 2.0.6 (which
updated recently) on a Samsung S9+. I was interested to see the new
pre-set function. However, only pre-sets 2-6 show and not pre-set 1. Any
suggestions on this please?
Also, I have the Auto Launch selected for SB
MichaelIt may not be Spotty interfering with my volume. I just played something
using the group players plugin and after stopping playback all of the
devices had the volume set to zero.
The Group Players technically are synched players. Plus some overhead :-)

This feature is really a great contribution to the functionality of LMS,
thanks a lot!
Meanwhile I have loaded a number of booklets into my music library, all
pdf's. The strange thing is that some get displayed and some not. I
cannot find a reason for it. It is alway the same albums / booklets
I just played a track using a group player using three devices. When I
stopped the playback the volume of all three players was set to zero.
Anyone else seen this?

Genius, thanks very much. The last feature update to windows 10 had
broken my squeezelite that had been running as a service forever. Was
just about to start the debugging when I saw this and its just perfect.
Boom, Receiver, Squeezelite, Android Squeezer and Android Squeeze Player

to the "ignore Spotify volume" option.
I might have asked before... can you enable debug logging for Spotty
while you reproduce this? Is 50% NOT the volume selected in your Spotify
app?

I love having Spotty for my LMS setup and use it daily. One thing that I
have never been able to get right is the song display when multiple
players are synced and using Connect.
Are you using MusicInfoSCR as a screen save on your SB3/2? Or any other
3rd party screensaver?

Volume of my Squeezebox devices get regularly set to 50% - this is quite
disturbing: imagine morning radio suddenly is at 50% from 25% Volume...
Synching certainly is a problem: Spotty would try to use the Spotify's
volume. But this obviously can't work if two players use different
volumes.
When using Spotify connect with latest Spotty, should any client devices
running Spotify app on the same subnet as the LMS be able to "see" and
connect?
Or is the visibility on the client device (ie: iPhone running spotify
and what you can see in the "devices" list in spotify) limited to only
