7.3.3 doesn't support FFW/REW with BBCiPlayer so that is not a problem. I think it is unlikely to be a BBC content format change as other UK users wuld be complaining so the problem is most likely either or possibly both: * security issues and firewall is blocking the Flash protocol RTMP port

AlienBBC supports FFW/REW. Perhaps before BBCiPlayer was rewritten to use the Flash streams (i.e. pre 0.9) it may have been able to FFW REW but up to 0.8 BBCiPlayer was a UK only plugin then so I never used it. 7.3.3 doesn't support FFW/REW with BBCiPlayer so that is not a problem. It

Can't answer about 0.8 as it is UK only but look in the thread as links may be posted. Look at the thread first before as early versions may be missing functionality. AlienBBC is broken due to BBC website changes and the fact that BBCiPlayer now works for both UK and non UK listeners. -- bpa
