I've just created a share named "Data-Area" on my WDMyCloud, but as you
say, this name doesn't seem to be allowed in the Share Name field in
PiCorePlayer.
Change the share name on your NAS and you should be good to go.

Thank You !! . That was certainly a clue, so I went to my Shared
Folders and Added MusicLibrary as I only had added the main folder
there. Then I went to LMS and enabled MNT and it finally connected with
no error.

stopped using LMS for my main system and installed it as a back-up
system on a Pi. I also notice a decreasing number of downloads during

Hmm... transcoding seems to have been an issue at some point. Can't say
much about it.
The plugins issue most likely would be resolved with a LMS restart. Did

Repack doesn't enable Spotty. Repack is LMS791 "configured"/packed for
Synology NAS models.
You can choose to install Synology's own "official" LMS packet instead,
but that is "only" LMS790.
