contract as quickly as possible. We also believe we have located a third
party lender to cover the shortfall.
Hopefully, we will have the project back underway again this upcoming week!

released the first block of funds that we've been able to get in over two
months. We got a backhoe rented today to dig the trenches for the septic
lines. One of Steve's friends is coming out for the weekend to run it for
