on Fedora 12 you have to edit /etc/php.ini and to put there:
short_open_tag = On
(insted of default Off),
restart apache
and then admin-toaster is full visible...

Thanks. Fedora 12 is not officially added yet, but soon.
Works great for now, soon on production, will add some info if find

name and pwd.
After I key in the information, the server took a very long time to show
