Selectair mattresses only adjust the hardness and temperature of the bed. It would definitely be a step up from your foam mattress. The air beds that are being mentioned by others here are low-loss, which typically are prescribed overlays or complete mattress systems. I could see a low-loss on a

What type of air mattresses this? Do you have a link so I can kind of get an idea. I use a Masonair low air loss system which depresses every one minute. I've had no problems feeling just like I did in any other mattress. Then again, I Florida, so it doesn't get as cold as it does up north. I
