Same here Greg even though we are spoiled living in Southern Arizona

I get sore, stiff, ache, the back of my neck is strained from clinching and shivering. But even if I turn my heat up, so inside the house is warmer than it is in summer, I still feel colder, stiffer, etc.

It's all the hot air released during the DNC. Especialy by Ted Kennedy,
all that alcohol mixing with the methane generated by the BS produced a
lot of green house gasses. The hot air sent it straight up to the jet
stream. These weather patterns seemed to begin right after that.
