I cant see it well on the pictures (a bit small) but it looks like a
very strange radio signal behaviour. Is there any change you can test
with another router?

2 Booms, 1 radio, a touch and an SB3...think that's enough?

Not sure if this is what you want, but if you just let your pc go to

I'd turn off the auto-channel feature, pick the best ch and stay there.
This alone may be adding to the problem. I'd at least eliminate it from
the equation.

Yes, and I would set it to channel 1. There is no one else using
channel 1.

Ok, let's back up.
Are you running a local SqueezeBox server program on your computer?
i.e. Do you have access to your own locally stored music files?
If yes, what computer OS? What version of the server program?
Or do you only use the players for Internet Radio and online services?
Selecting Internet Radio on your players may or may not cause the
players to switch to MySB.com online, depends on several factors:
- if you use a local SB server
- if that local server can see the internet
- if that local server has your correct MySB.com login info
- if your computer with
I have now worked around the incompatibility by creating two virtual
networks on my access point. One using WEP for my older squeezeboxen

However, I do think that there is a compatibility issue in the WiFi
requirements between SB

Just bought a Squeezebox Radio unit for the first time, so far love it!

I have had no issues and everything seems to be working correctly, but
I do have one question about bandwidth usage when you are listening to
a stream from a radio station.
When I am actively listening to a station, I
Two things to try:
1. Press hold the Pause button to actually STOP the stream (vs just
Pausing it).
2. Watch the traffic indicator light after about 1 minute, might just
be the stream buffer has not exhausted itself before then.

No, but if it were, the internal alarm should sound.

Well, I'll just answer that with a big I have no clue cuz that mumbo

There was no mention of shared in my router settings so I presume it

Yeah, and it's even funnier that the mumbo jumbo begins with the

TKIP was intended as a replacement protocol for WEP, but they are both
easily cracked, and have been superseded by WPA2.

Hi
I purchased a Squeezebox Radio last week and am very happy with it,
except for the fact that it crashes at least once a day, usually more

either starting or exiting the app, and whether I'm using the controls
