Has me wondering if someone has a 60cm 650b cantilever luki they would want
to trade for my 56cm bombadil? Frame for frame. Only asking since my big
move upstate is happening and I am looking for something a bit less heavy
duty than the bombadil, although it was perfect for the urban jungle.

Sport, and the rear platform is plenty big enough to support a Large Sackville
Saddlesack. I think the racks look terrific without the lowrider attachments.

a point, at ~62-63cm when the head tubes gets so large that things look a

Another thing you might consider is playing around with the bar's height
and angle. Lower bars = farther reach, similar to a longer stem. It took me
a lot of trial and error to find the right combination for me.

Compared to drops, I run M-bars at the same height, but a 1 or 2 cm shorter
stem. With A-Bars, I run the same length stem, but much higher (Technomic

My Hilsen has been that one bike for a year and a half now. It's been my
commuter, weekend rambler, two week tourer, fire road and singletrack
shredder, and moving truck. I think it's done a great job.
That all said, I'm having a second bike built up, basically a 650B, fat
tire, rough stuff
I found that the Albas were best wy up, as high as I could get them.
That's w/out changing stem length, so effectively a touch shorter than a
stem @ saddle height.
