Cambiums are such great saddles (I have the C-17 carved). I had to have 2 Berthoud saddles warp on me over time before I switched from the endlessly transient nature of leather. It's so nice to not have to be paranoid about rain and tension bolts and the saddle just stays the same -- perfect.

Yes, the Surly Ultra New hubs can be respaced from 130mm to 120mm with an axle kit. To put it another way, I'm 99% certain that the 130mm Ultra New hub is the same hub shell as the 120mm version, just with a longer axle and end caps. I have the 120mm axle version on my Quickbeam. I doubt
