The easiest method is to use VNC. This would require installing VNC
server on the Linux box (included with installation, may already be
running. This will tell if it is installed "rpm -qa | grep -i vnc") and
downloading the windows client. This is one of the easist methods.

I just upgraded to 9.0 form 7. One thing which I discovered is printer
configuration. For some reason after the configuration the printer didn't
work. What I found was the paper size had been changed to A4 from US

I posted a request looking for a telnet package which would allow me to
log the session.
It was suggested I look at turning logging on in an xterm session. With
RedHat this capablite is turned off. I finally had a look at the source
code (I am not a good programmer) and found note saying
I have to eat me words. I just found it on rpmfind.net, by searching for
telnet! It then listed it.

I have a laptop which I have set-up to get its IP address from local dhcp
server. I also use the laptop at home. I also have a dhcp server to hand

What I did was for a similar thing was make a directory for each day. i.e
directories are 1,2,3,4,5 with 5 having the oldest information. I then
copied the contents of directory 4 to 5, 3 to 4 etc. By doing this I
did not have worry about deleting older files.
