To set things straight, the radio is NOT an "13V" series as others have
said, it is much newer. The radio you have is called a " Research Line,
Sensicon Receiver type" radio. The nominal output was 250 watts. The radio
is comprised of the following:

strips off oxidation and leaves a clean , raw, surface. The only problem is
that raw aluminum starts to oxidize immediately. You will need to covert the
antenna with a coating of clear urethane to stop this from happenin

which eliminated the ribbon cable. You might try making up jumper wires to
eliminate the ribbon, you can get edge connectors if you wish, or tear the

battery charger" power supply, TPN1106A. This unit has a large cast
aluminum heatsink on the rear side of it, and a TLN5298 stamped on the chassis
as well. This unit provides charging for stand by batteries as well as
powering the station
