First upgrade, the latest release is v4.1.1609, the latest
beta 4.1.1627. You'll be glad you did.
Second, what do you mean randomly? Sort order =
status will put Down checks at the top. I don't believe it sorts any
status beyond that. You can sort on other attributes as well such as Gro

Looks like several providers are having problems with the
multi option which is within the specs of smpp.
Currently the only work-around (their problem) is to use
multiple alerts.
