Umm, I've been reading the articles on this and it looks that
the Vulcan Mother comment in the one article is a misprint. In
several places it says she is playing Amanda Greyson who is Spocks
human mother.

I read that, too, and I like the idea a damn sight more than I do this, or any
other Trek stuff that's crawled out of someone's butt. (You all know I'm damn
close in the assessment...)
If anyone wants the thing, I've got it in my files. I can send it to you.

I thought the Xnidi was an improvement, but I agree it got tiresome and
the change of the timeline kept getting in the way of my accepting the
whole story premise. I forgot, that I missed the WWII story this time

I hated Enterprise until Xindi. I thought killing off trip was a great way
to mature the show. I recently saw the final episode and decided it wasn't
as bad as I originally thought. Why? Because, as TNG episodes go...the
third season of Enterprise is awesome. You can plug ENT season three in as a

Well it looks to me like Abrams may have the possiblity of doing more damage
to ST continuity than Enterprise did. Sheesh. Hasn't anyone learned that
one can updade a movie without wrecking continuity.

glad that's not just me with Mission: Impossible 3. That movie started with
incredible action and promise, had some good moments, but towards the end I was
very disappointed. The whole thing with Cruise's wife--who freakishly looked
like Katie Holmes, which was irritating--the ridiculous plot
at least in its last season, Enterprise did a number of great shows, so I

It was like watching formulaic TV Movie. It was barely worth the DVD
rental. As a Mission Impossible who up to now, I though I was relatively
easy to please, I I was very disappointed. The Bad Guy twist was decent
enough, bu I thing by the time it happened I was grade on a severe
curve. I had

I read recently that B5/Jeremiah's producer had pitched to reboot it as

Yeah, Enterprise started out with some good stuff, was boring at times, lost
me with the whole freakin' Temporal Cold War (you know how many times i've
railed against the incredible overuse of time travel in Trek), bored me with
the Xindi storyline until the end, pissed me off with that stupid
