It was not antifreeze but if you look at the MSDS for the ingredients in Swiffers it clearly states "CNS Depression". So not it is not an urban legend. Someone just got confused between ethylene glycol and Propylene Glycoly n-methylether. The latter is a CNS depressant and not recommended for inhal

I take ~10 ppm CS and mix it with 99% DMSO. For instance if you want a 10% DMSO solution, a good place to start until you know your tolerance take 1 part DMSO and mix with 9 parts CS.
