It was not antifreeze but if you look at the MSDS for the ingredients in Swiffers it clearly states "CNS Depression". So not it is not an urban legend. Someone just got confused between ethylene glycol and Propylene Glycoly n-methylether. The latter is a CNS depressant and not recommended for inhalation (builds up in air tight housing don cha know) or for skin contact and subsequent ingestion.
P&G spin doctors attempted to disarm this report but failed in the eyes of those who know how to read the required disclosures on the MSDS.
