I have not tried acupuncture, I have tried and am using some herbs.I '[m so uneducated in the herb area that I've had some bad experiences with them. So I am leary of them. I'm gathering info on silver at this point and toying with the idea of putting it in my nebuizer to inhale it. Thanks
