Hi to all: im back again to find some wisdom.
i have 2 bad shoulders both worked on rotator etc. and both hips. i try to
walk with the aid of a rolling walker and i ride a bike.
im using Capsaisin which affords some relief and i have used DMSO little
help. i also use Capsaison capsules and ginger.
I make a balm with herbs like yarrow, nettle, plantain. I use any herbs
that have anti-inflammatory properties. I also add arnica oil, calendula
oil, and clove oil. Those oils help with the pain, soreness, and
inflammation. I make it for my family members that need it and they use it

I have just begun to sell it at my farmers market booth. I sell the 1oz
glass jar for 5$. I have gotten requests for a larger jar. So I also make a
1/2 pint jar for 15 $. So probably 20 $ total including shipping.

Milk of magnesia is magnesium hydroxide. Selzer water is carbonic acid,
that is water and carbon dioxide. When you mix the two they neutralize
each other producing magnesium carbonate.

Anal isn't the point. Being understood correctly is.
Now that I have been completely taken over by a dratted android I used

Worst of all I've almost stopped careing.

buy some of the wild marjorum oil and put about ten to thirty drops

If you can find brazil nut oil that would be a good additive.

I'm with you on this one Lena. I work hard to keep my text grammatically
correct and understandable so there won't be a dozen posts asking me what I
meant. It is a sign of respect for the reader and this is a quality that is
failing in our society... In my humble opinion.
