I really don't know enough about it to give advice, but I can tell you my
neighbor had cirrhosis of the liver for many years. Obviously more mild then
your friend. At any rate, she drinks 1 -2 oz. per day for over two years and

Have your mother cover the rash completely with guaze soaked in CS. Cover it
all with plastic wrap to keep it moist all night. This should take care of
most of the rash. At the same time, get her to drink 10-16 oz. of 10 ppm CS
