Hi Gayla,
I use CS in all of my potions and lotions for that reason. Also, I
make nasal mists, eye drops
tamin C is needed for the formation of collagens which are
constituents of the artery wall BUT I would not take 15 g a day
neither 15 g of salt. L. Pauling calculated that humans need about 4 g
of C per day to equate those amounts produced by other mammals.

Thanks for the great info!
After being misdiagnosed for 40 years, and currently recovering after
45+ years of Plum Island weaponized Lyme using Rife frx. and S&C to do
so, I'm painfully aware of how poorly the medical establishment in
general is serving people, and it's peculiar penchant fo
Hi Lola,
This is good, detailed info on herbal treatment of Lyme!
I'd begun my treatment with Rife, (luckily, because I had the
weaponized Lyme with the full set of co-infections and had had them
for 40 years.) Tried the herbs along with, and eventually settled on
Rife and S&C for the most
Hi Sandy,
A few years back, I had pertussis and was struggling to recover when
we were camped in Truckee, CA during a lot of CA wildfires. The air
was heavy with smoke and it made recovery very difficult. I found that

Hi Melly,
If I could, I would happily send you the surplus inches of rain
hitting NY. It just doesn't seem fair, these extremes we're having.
A friend of mine in Ben Wheeler says that lots of trees are dying. So
very sad, and long-term dangerous. sigh.
Hang in there.

I just made a pdf of this recipe! One question: does this use up the
soap nuts in the bag, or can they go on to be used again afterward?

Hi Melly,
Thanks for this! I've got some soap nuts down in the laundry and will
play with them tomorrow! (must have been a mad alchemist in a former
life)
This sounds like it might also be good for psoriasis, or at least not
bad for it. I think I may add some CS to the mix, too.
Be well,

Hi David,
I'm just stumbling upon this thread. 'Reiki' caught my eye, and I
searched back to see where it had first been mentioned, but couldn't
find it, so forgive me if I'm misunderstanding context
