OK, so now it works with no punctuation in the number, but not if I add the punctuation back in, either as (XXX)XXX- or XXX-XXX- format. I don't really see a way to use the dialing rules to get around the problem. It would be nice if the phone numbers would display with punctuation

I'd start by looking at that import file to see if there are any other trailing or leading spaces, etc. I'd also look at the format of that number you are trying to dial, try taking out the parens, the hyphens, etc. to get to just digits, and then ensure that those digits are in a dial plan somewh

Are you on the latest firmware? I believe in older firmware revs there were multi line registration issues. Try upgrading to the latest firmware and let us know. My second answer is to do what I did and pitch the Grandstreams out the window. Their phones have lots of issues with sipX. I had 18
