Check out the /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts directory
Look for ifcfg-eth0 and any extra ethX or ethX.bak files. Keep the one
you want.

I have a bit more information on this problem.
Grandstream phone have major problems with sipX. REFER behaves badly on
these phones and presence doesn't work at all. Best of luck to you.
