sipXecs version 4.0.1-015823 is an unstable developer release?!?!? It was installed from ISO like six months ago and updated along the way. I didn't realize that the developer releases where even available in ISO format. Hmmm? I always thought that developer releases used odd numbers (i.e. 4.1.X

You are trying to upgrade from an unstable developer release to a stable release. I'm sure you will find its not supported, tested, validated or recommended. You may have other issues to contend with as others have mentioned, however, the basic process that you are beginning with is flawed. ---
