No, as I said, I had similar problems going from 3.10 to 4.0. Essentially the sipxsupervisor RPM didn't get downloaded. Had I had more time I would have been able to figure this out and understand it. However as I only have a limited amount of time to get this done, I figured I'd try 3.10 to 4.2
