it is my understanding that you have to have sipXbridge to do sip trunking
with sipx. Here are my questions
1. Is there not a sipXbridge that works with sipx 3.10?
2. The yum repository for sipx 3.10 on centOS can be found on the wiki. I
did not find one for 3.11. Is there one for 3.11 to make
configuration
anyone see this before? I am having so much trouble. I keep removing
everything and reinstalling and it is not working too well.
thanks for any info on this,
Dean

ANSWER - NO. In order to do this now you need something
registered. Instead it used
information in the sip message. I would specifically like sipx to use the
port that the register message came from instead!!! Is this possible? If
so, how do I change the sip message such that sipx will record the port that
the register came from?

International calls ( + country code - city code - numbers)
Example: + 4402074942020
**Note: Inbound calls will also need to be formatted this way.
• Port 5060 must be open for SIP.
• Ports 1024 - 64000 should be open for Media.

Running iptables will keep sipx from running properly.
chkconfig iptables off

I am not sure I know how to do all that with dns, dhcp as that seemed
like
the harder route. isn't that bad to have two dhcp machines on your
network
as my linksys is doing dhcp? Iam pretty sure I can turn dhcp off on the
linksys but if I
