I've had both TW Telecom and TW Cable out here soliciting me. Despite the
similar name, they are two completely separate companies. TW Telecom is pretty
much business only. TW Cable is a residential-grade company that also has a
foot in the door of business services.

Yup... I had that problem intermittently. Downgrading to SIP 3.2.2 fixed the
problem.

My phone experiencing the problem was not a remote worker, but it did have 3
sidecars full of BLF's. Perhaps that was slowing down

I've played around with the 3.1 Polycom firmware and MOH. We have a
Mediant 1000 (firmware 5.20A.043.005). We ended up not deploying the
3.1 firmware yet, due to other issues. But, the MOH worked great, even
through the Audiocodes Gateway.
