> How about experience with 225's ?
I have had two (3?) HS 225's that have died suddenly. One I
was adjusting the pushrod and when I hooked it back up, it was dead...
no warning. Died with far less than 50 hours on it. This was an
elevator servo.
The other on was new, less than 5 hours, and
Hi Guys,
Thanks to all who responded to my question. I guess Mark Taylor of f3x.com
fame is the team manager and is the one to send the money to. BTW, if there
is anyone else out there wanting to pass on their copy of the 3R's of

Oh yeah; well...
I took an electric to the power field (the wind was marginal for sloping).
Once at the field I realized that I'd left the transmitter at HOME. Doh!
Then, hoping to salvage the day, I went from there to the slope. I got 10
miles away from the slope when my low fuel light went on.
I have one. It is very good quality
& I hear it is the same plane as the Urge that we hear a lot about. I
haven't flown mine much and can not comment on the thermal abilities. I
have flown of a slope a bit and I can say that there are much better slope
planes. I was flying in moderate

Any info would be great.

The topic of servo failure rates has appeared on RCSE before. I've said many
of the comments below, before. However, I disagree with some recent comments
by a more esteemed modeler on this list and had to speak up.
The results of the previous servo discussions have been fairly consistent.

Haven't sent them in, although I would like to know if anyone has and what

A friend of mine is interested in using an electric-powered sailplane
for airborne video. To keep a clear firld of view, he'd like to use a
pusher, and to handle the weight of the equipment it needs to be bigger
than 2m. I'm only aware of the Jamara Easy Riser or Hobby Lobby's
