Very strange things start to happen when GC becomes unstable. The first and
simplest thing to do would be to bump up your heap, say to 20g (note, try to
stay under 32G or be prepared to jump significantly higher. At 32G long
pointers have to be used and you actually have less memory available th

I'm not a Unicode specialist, but Japanese query cannot match Arabic
documents if both of them correctly encoded.
I cannot recommend such use case, single field for all languages,
but maybe you should check "indexed" (analyzed) tokens for inspection, not
"stored" data.

Solr newbie here, but this looks familier.
Another thing to make sure of is that the plugin jars are not ialready
loaded from the standard java classpath.
I had a problem with this in that some jars were being loaded by the
standard java classloader,

At a guess, you don't have any paths to solr dist. Try copying all the other lib
directives from the example (not core) dir (adjusting paths as necessary). The
error message indicates you aren't getting to
