Hope you all had a wonderful holiday. I hate to bring this back up
again, but I am still having trouble with TPP demo 2009 (http://
tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=TPP_Demo2009).
Specifically with steps 7 through 9. I have trouble opening
interact.pep.xml through PepXML. I
Correction: Step 10's ProteinProphet works for me. Mainly I only have
trouble opening the interact.pep.xml

It might be helpful if you can provide the version numbers of
ActivePerl, TPP and Apache to us.
I use
http://localhost:8080/tpp-bin/tpp_gui.pl
to log-in. Perhaps it will work for you too.
ps. I am not a TPP developer and have just as much trouble trying to
get TPP to work ;)

pipeline type to Sequest on the home page if you wish to convert .out
files to pepXML; leaving it set to Tandem will tell the software to only
look for files of that type.
