For most situations the effect of Pause (when playing) and Stop is the
same ... so having both buttons on the screen is using space that could
be used for something else.

.cue files are supported by LMS.
Can you post an example of the first 10 or so lines of one of your .cue
files that does not seem to work?
(They are plain text so you can open in Notepad to read one)
Is the .cue file in the same location as the big audio file on your
disk?

Just seen an article that says that manual export of playlists to XML
will be possible ... but there is SDK access to the info which works
with iTunes and will work with "Music".

Is the process id changing every few seconds?
If yes then maybe it is crashing and being restarted.
In which case it might be a Perl version issue.

Could a firewall on the LMS machine be blocking access for what it sees
as a new application?
(although ... would expect it to block access to port 9000 as well ...
unless, perhaps, your access to port 9000 was from same machine as LMS
is running on)

There are plenty running LMS on NAS boxes but my guess (without strong
evidence) is that it is a declining number because of challenges with

If you launch the "Task Scheduler" application (see earlier from bpa to
find it) you can view them all and pick individual ones and disable
(probably best while investigating) or delete using the options that
appear on the right.

You could pick 2 of the duplicate tracks in the LMS web interface and
click on "M" (for more) and see what it shows for the track info.
It should give a clue about where they came from.
e.g. is there a backup of the music folder somewhere?

It uses Squeezelite (perhaps an old one).
Did Squeezelite run? If yes - did it give any errors?

You can add more storage and tell the operating system to mount it ...
and then tell LMS to treat it as an additional source.

I can't test this from where I am now ... but have you tried searching
for the station via the LMS interface and seeing if plays from there?
If it does then you can replace your favourite with that since it is
probably on using a different stream URL.
