larger gauge) using one of my oscillating cylinder engines and double chain

Actually Vance, that is a misconception that has been fostered
I don't know of any plans off the top of my head. I know Paul Kenney
at one time was selling kits to turn the RH boiler/chassis kit into a
2-6-2. Don't know if that had plans, drawings, or anything like that
which may help out or not.
Truth be told, though, you don't really need plans
Kevin did not mention one important thing: if you're going to model a loco built by an
American builder, you will want to modify the frames before assembling the chassis.
The British-style frames are plates of steel with axle bushings in them. American

One other set of plans that I failed to mention earlier is Denver, made
available by the Denver Garden Railway Society [www.denvergrs.org]. The last
time I looked, they did not make mention of the plans being available on their
web site. It may be a passing project, or not yet published
