Hmmm. Well I need some advice. I reprocessed and got 3 layers: A dark amber 20% layer on top, a 2% black layer, and a 78% lighter amber layer on bottom. Finally it settled out a thin dark layer on the bottom. I seperated out the lighter amber layer and heated it to remove the methanol.

Hi Steve, I own an Isuzu NPR diesel truck and I believe the same thing happened to me. I would turn the key and pull the key out and the engine would run for approx. 30 seconds until it ran out of fuel in the lines...it was real tough trying to start it up again as the fuel took a while to prime!
