浅野です

自治体の業務も当然に電子化が進んでいて、市町村コードを記入することも多くありますが、私の知る限り5桁表示がほとんどです。ひょっとすると財政部門とか総務省関係では6桁かもしれませんが、自分の担当する国交省では5桁です。
なお、6桁目を削っているという感覚すらありません。

その他の府県でも、申請書類等において、住民の皆さんにコード記入などを求める場合は、5桁だと思います。

は削って利用される事が多いのでしょうか？
というのも、例えば書籍における ISBN (13桁目がチェックディジット) を 12

Per request on my user page by Mateusz Konieczny, I wrote a query that
shows "featured" geo-tagged Wikipedia articles without an OSM object. This
way community can prioritize to work on the more popular locations first.
Instead of "featured", query can also use the article popularity (pageview
counts).

Also, I explain how to access this service via API.  I really hope JOSM and
MapRoulette will be able to support queries natively.  Any JOSM gurus?

自治体業務では通常5桁を利用しますし、6桁目があることを知っているのはごく一部の人ではないかと感じています。地方公共団体コードの6桁目は何かの分類コードではなく、前の5桁の記述ミスを防ぐためのチェックの役割しかありませんので、5桁の標準地域コードのみでいいのではないでしょうか。
6桁目があると「なんだこれは」と混乱するというのが、自治体現場で働く者のとして感想です。

This typo happens because in French and German languages the word 
address is written with one letter "d", - "une adresse" and "die Adresse".

Ahoj!

Na telefonu bych celkem rad vzal polohu (z GPSky nebo ze site) a zobrazil

Aktualni pocasi pro Zernovku je 20C, dest.

Otazka je, jak ziskat ten (kratky, priblizny) popis daneho mista z
jeho souradnic. Podobna uloha je tusim reverzni geokodovani.. ale ja
nechci "Vaclavske namesti 21", ja chci "Praha", nebo tak neco.

Ano, kdyz to bude nekde v pulce oceanu, tak to muze byt neco jako
"1200km zapadne od Londyna".

Nasmerujete me nekdo spravnym smerem?

je pense qu'il serrait utile de faire une version light
de la page "comment cartographier un" du wiki
les fichiers thématique existante pourrait être aussi utile,
pour améliorer l'existant sans devoir réinventer la roue.
Pour la cartographie, peux-être préparer le terrain (c'est
le cas de le dire), en par un import du cadastre, histoire
d'avoir des bâtiments prêt à accueillir les POI, c'est plus
facile pour le repérage quand on débute.

mese a Torbole secondo me manca l'attribuzione alla fine della mappa. Le mappe 
con base Osm sono create in Germania da un sito che si chiama outdooractive.

v changesetech se začal objevovat tag review_requested - jako první ho 
tam začal přidávat nový iD (v2.4.0):

• `review_requested=yes`  (“yes” if the user has checked the box)
Neboli uživatel iDu (a nově i JOSMu, v josm-latest je to od dnešní 
verze) může zakliknout "skoukněte mi pls někdo ten changeset, jestli to 
je OK".


A co s tím?

Například tady se to dá naklikat třeba pro ČR, a vyjede seznam 
changesetů, kde si autor vyžádal revizi.

While taking a look at something related with addr:housenumber I saw
http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/rAd that we have 18391 objects with a wrong
adr:housenumber key (it's missing a "D" letter), with most of them
(18385) located here

They were all inserted/modified in changesets like
https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/47730362

May I fix this?

I won't change anything else in this chageset (it will be only an
automatic repair/replacement of "adr:housenumber" by
"addr:housenumber")

Fabrizio, the easiest way to fix both "wikidata" and "wikipedia" tags is to
use  iD editor's  "wikipedia" field (at the top), but not the "tag" field
(list at the bottom).  This way, selecting Wikipedia value from the
dropdown automatically corrects wikidata as well. If using JOSM, use
Wikipedia plugin - there is a "fetch Wikidata" command.  Thanks!

giallo, ha un segno di divieto e un punto esclamativo.

l'albergo postresti mappare anche con un multipoligono, se hai le componenti 
come poligoni.

Avevo dimenticato i nodi, la relazione site serve sempre quando devi legare 
nodi o ways ad un oggetto.

Chiapas han sido terriblemente afectadas. Recordemos que esos estados están 
dentro de la lista de estados más pobres del país. De acuerdo a las noticias el 
lugar más afectado el Juchitán con el 50% de la ciudad derrumbada.
Desde hoy por la mañana he mandado correos a Datos.mx, Proteción Civil, 
CENAPRED y Gobernación pero no he tenido éxito en conseguir los polígonos 
afectados.  Si alguien en la comunidad cuenta con esa información se la 
podremos compartir a HOTOSM para que nos podamos enfocar en mapear en las zonas 
que más lo necesitan.

C'era in qualche wiki l'esempio schematico per il site di una scuola, dove
si assegnava amenity=school al poligono che la conteneva, poi vari annessi
e gli entrance (principali e/o secondari).
Mi sembrava un metodo acquisito dalla comunità OSM.

Se non sbaglio ci sono anche schemi per stazioni ferroviarie.

Hello Yuri,

I've just corrected couple of such disambiguation errors for "uk" and 
"ru" Wikipedia versions. I noticed that after the correction the 
corrected particular errors disappear from the consequent query results. 
Not immediately, but after about 3 - 4 minutes.


Here is a query to display only errors for "ru" Wikipedia version (or 
any other language version). I am not sure if it is optimal but at least 
it displays correct results, - only for one language version of Wikipedia.

I have a question. If it is possible to display nodes on the OSM map

Wikidata page does have already the "image" statement:

I am interested in Wikidata items which do not have an image statement, 
but which are present on the OSM map.


It would be also interesting to display the list of Wikipedia articles 
which have got the geographical coordinates in the article itself, but

vicinity of the point with these coordinates.

HOT activé pour trois catastrophes : l’ouragan Irma, le tremblement de
terre au Mexique, les inondations au Bangladesh

Cette première semaine de septembre 2017 a vu se produire des catastrophes
et destructions d’une intensité sans précédent et la Communauté HOT a été
activée pour y répondre. Les projets et sur la façon de fait pour
participer sont détaillés ci-dessous. C’est un moment critique pour la vie
de millions de personnes dans le monde et nous remercions les cartographes
volontaires pour leur soutien.

L’ouragan Irma

Contexte

Le plus grand ouragan jamais enregistré, Irma, a laissé derrière lui des
morts et destructions au travers de la région des Caraïbes, à partir du 5
septembre, les destructions sur certaines îles étant estimées à 95 %,
affectant la vie de près de 1,2 millions de personnes jusqu’ici, et il est
sur le point de causer des destructions sévères dans tout l’État de
Floride, où une évacuation massive est actuellement en cours. Le premier
ministre de Barbuda, Gaston Browne, a décrit les dommages comme «
absolument déchirant pour le coeur ». Browne ajoute « L’île est
littéralement sous l’eau et pratiquement inhabitable. Près de 95 % des
habitations sont endommagées, il y a une sérieuse menace de maladies ». De
plus, ceux déjà affectés par Irma craignent de subir une seconde bataille
face à l’arrivée de l’ouragan José attendu dans les heures qui viennent.

Progrès réalisés jusqu’ici

La Communauté HOT est en train de réaliser d’incroyables progrès, avec près
de 150 000 habitations cartographiées en seulement deux jours. Nos
partenaires, la Croix Rouge des Pays-Bas et MapAction sont en route vers
les lieux affectés et utiliseront les données cartographiques que nous
créons pour comprendre l’étendue des dommages aux infrastructures et
estimer les populations affectées et leurs besoins lors des missions de
l’équipe d’évaluation rapide des besoins (Rapid Needs Assessment Team,
RNAT). La Communauté OSM US conduit la cartographie de soutien pour la
Floride, où Irma devrait atterrir dimanche et lundi.

Le tremblement de terre au Mexique

Contexte

Le plus puissant tremblement de terre du siècle a frappé le Mexique ce 8
septembre au matin. Au moins 58 personnes sont décédées, 5 000 habitations
complètement détruites, et de nombreuses autres endommagées et vulnérables.
Les rapports venant des villes affectées disent que les résidents ont passé
la matinée en utilisant des outils de base et leurs simples bras pour
dégager les débris des bâtiments effondrés et extraire les blessés et les
morts des gravats.

Progrès réalisés jusqu’ici

Juste quelques heures après la frappe du désastre, les responsables locaux
d’OSM Mexique ont commencé à apporter leur soutien à la réponse
cartographique. En coordination avec les équipes locales, nous
cartographions les zones affectées, en suivant leur guidage des priorités.
Toutes les données seront fournies à l’Institut national de statistiques et
de géographie du Mexique (INEGI) et data.mx. De nombreux remerciements à
Céline Jacquin, Edgar Lemus et Miriam Gonzalez pour leur prise de
responsabilité de cette activation.

Contexte

L’Asie du Sud a été touchée par des inondations extrêmes, avec près de de

intanto grazie per la tua attività.
Quelle label dovrebbero essere state tutte tradotte in italiano,
come anche le voci 'next' -> 'avanti'. Verifica se in fondo alla
frase in originale c'è il punto o se è una frase discorsiva.
Diciamo che ora la priorità è avere tutto tradotto in italiano.
Quando avremo pubblicato il TM3 verificheremo la congruenza dei menù
con le traduzioni e potremo catturare le schermate in modo da
mostrare in LearnOSM la GUI in italiano.

The phone tag is normally taken as the phone number of that feature .. in this 
case that emergency marker.

Which is clearly wrong. :) I'm not too worried by it myself, most people will 
understand, it is the annoying exceptions that 'we' have to cater for.



I've been using the phone format +61-3-12345678, I can change if
needed.


Think it is personal preference?

I'd prefer +61 3 1234 5678 9 (if these are next weeks winning lotto numbers - 
can we have a share?)

Cet ajout des tracés est récent : juillet 2017.
Je pense être le seul à utiliser les données GTFS du réseau STAR pour mettre
à jour OSM et je n'ai pas encore essayé d'utiliser les tracés.

On a un service WFS du Conseil Départemental 35 qui offre plusieurs couches
pour les lignes de car du réseau Illenoo :

Ces couches ne sont malheureusement pas à jour.
Je les ai utilisé pour la création initiale du réseau.

C'era una discussione tempo fà a riguardo in particolare l'uso di questa
relazione per un B dislocato in vari edifici di un paese:

tipicamente non serve questa relazione, quasi sempre si può ottenere la stessa 
informazione con un multipoligono. I casi dove un "site" potrebbe avere senso 
forse sono per esempio:

- quando si vuole utilizzare ruoli specifici tra il site ed un suo membro 
(esempio: "è biglietteria per questo", "è il parcheggio per questo", ecc.)

- quando la relazione tra i membri non è spaziale/non sono insieme, per esempio 
il parcheggio per un sito si trova staccato da un altra parte

- forse altro
