A questão é simples. No Brasil conseguir dados para uso público é mais
difícil do que a média. Só para ter uma ideia, gastei 2h para determinar
a posição da Estação do BRT Vicente de Carvalho aqui no Rio. Só consegui

MAS: eu não divulgaria nada que permitisse modificar objetos de forma
automática, principalmente pela chance de introduzir (e facilitar)

Para a Olimpíada é menos difícil, pois é só uma cidade que tem muitos

I think it depends on your definition of 'sea' - and probably the
definition of lighthouse too! There's a lighthouse in Tower Hamlets - as
well as some in the Scottish lochs.

That's true... Westbury on Severn is a good deal further inland than one would
normally think of as sea. I'd have said the point at which the Severn becomes
the Bristol Channel (not sure how that is defined) is where river becomes
sea... so that would reduce the distance to the sea of anywhere

I think it where there is no more tidal effect no the river, so it can
reach quite far in land in some case. But please don't quote me on that ;)
