I have had this problem constantly (but randomly) since moving to windows 8 x64
I will create several common virtual folders and they disappear. I have not
been able to pin it down as to whether or not it may only be shutting down and
opening the program, changing login profiles or rebooting
I rebuild a virtual folder that shows all parked and flagged messages. The
quick filter does not work for any of the predefined settings. The advanced
filter works, but there is some strange behavior if you try to delete a block
or condition

to attach virtual folders to two of the folders synchronised with the gmail
account. However these virtual folders vanish when TB is closed.

Virtual Folders are not updated - you have to do a manual Refresh.

I have encountered a huge bug in virtual folders. Can't say from which
version it exists, but until recently everything seemed to be fine.
The problem is that folders watched by virtual folders are taken from
wrong account.

where i see unread Messages in Subfolders, they are already read in
Mainfolder - this did not happen to be recently
If i mark 1 Message Read in Subfolder and mark Unread again, it appears
in Main Folder - as expected.

2 Zombie Messages, which show up "No Messages loaded" when selected and
could not be copied, moved, deleted in any way.
