I don't want to give everybody on the TM list a mental picture of me
cathing, but here goes.
I'm 6 years into TM and I still have trouble cathing on the toilet.
Here's my secret: I am just tall enough that I can slide onto and
sit on the bathroom vanity. I use a standing mirror to aim
As far as the mushy brain, can't think, trouble spelling, blurry vision
etcthat's the way I felt the few weeks prior to me getting termininated,
which was 1 month ago.

My therapist taught me to stretch those muscles and tendons to reduce the
clonus. The stretch could be as simple as changing the position of my foot,
leg, or arm. My wrist and fingers required routine stretching and the results
