I'm using a Mac, but I think I follow you. When I go into the account
section of LMS, there is the option to verify password. Is this what
you mean? If so, when I select the verify option, nothing happens (the
field is filled with dots all the way across), but when I manually enter
the password

Hi everyone!
This is my for post after having spent a good bit of time here reading
up on the LST.
I've been having some trouble after setting up my Touch after a recent
move, and I couldn't find a thread that dealt with exactly my problem,
so here goes:
In the morning, I use the Touch to liste

Agree, or at least let me create a "multiple artist" station (as I can
do in Pandora).

First I'd like to make it clear in my own mind what your setup looks
like, it sounds like you have a Touch, running TinyLMS with a USB stick
containing the music library. The Radios connect to the TinyLMS on the
Touch via Wifi. Is the Touch the only LMS?
It sounds like the problem is the Radios

You can play Albums just as easy from their libraries as you can from
your own. Similar to Pandora except you control the music. Play what you

But the best thing is it is a much hi

It may not a lot of memory but IIRC memory is quite scarce when running
tinysc especially as a user may have a reasonable no of music files and
so may have less leeway.
I don't what amount of memory is critical but depending on what the user
is playing

pippin: thanks both for writing great instructions and for the pointer
to them. pretty enlightening! I'll try it when my new touch arrives in
the mail.

the npr plugin.* obviousl
Does it use so much memory?

I'd worry about whether the supporting library HTML:::PullParser is
installed in tinysc and then whether the plugin might use up a lot of
memory.

Hi
This appears now to be a nightly problem. I have a TOUCH and two SB
radios. Almost everyday I see the message that there has been a problem
connecting to (USB). The only solution is to reboot. The radios
show a red WiFi symbol and also refuse to re-connect.
There appears to be nothing wrong wi
I'd bet NPR would work.
I don't have the link at hand but there's a description on how to
install plugins on the touch. You can find it on penguinlovesmusic.com
in the article about how to get Lyrics in iPeng.

The forums' search function is less than optimal, but this has been
discussed at length previously. The short answer is no, the Touch's
built-in server (aka TinySC or TinyLMS) does not support plugins.
A more precise answer is that it can run some plugins if you are able to
install them manually

Forgive me for asking a question that must be answered already (although
simple searching didn't reveal it). The wiki seems a little dated, too.
Can the latest version of tiny sc support plugins? In particular, I'd
love to run bpa's NPR plugin without a full LMS running.

Aha! This statement actually best captures my view on this.
