When booting with quiet option in grub, boot hangs half way of

format, and then import that file in gimp (which edits pixel formats).

Have recently upgraded amd64 server from 6.06 to 6.10 and NFS stopped
working. Was previously rock-solid in 5.10 6.06.
Sometimes it's there but flaky, other times nothing. Have turned off
firewalls, freed up hosts.allow hosts.deny,
Also of note, this method of disconnecting and reconnecting upon
clicking an already selected option is not exclusive to a wired
connection. I can reproduce it the same way be clicking on an already
connected wireless connection.

I can confirm this pretty easily, what I can't confirm is if this is a
bug or an intended feature so I'm going to mark it as wishlist. I could
see how some people might enjoy the easy method of reconnecting easily,
but I too would prefer it as a seperate option.
As far as the two internet
Ctrl - U will give you a new window (scrollable) which displays the full
text of the email including mime encapsulation.

while i cannot deny that this might have been caused by some
ubuntu/debian specifics in 1.5, iceweasel has never been released from
1.5. So the observation that firefox 2.0 in edgy fixes is not at adds
with your observation that iceweasel has never had this issue.
For dapper, I am not sure ...

I selected the Hibernate option again and, instead of powering off, the
screen blanks and then presents the password prompt of the user
previously logged on. After providing the password, the desktop appears
with the following message in the top-right corner:

I have a similar problem.
I downloaded some movies and when I play them I get a crash.
I've attached the problem report, and the output to the console. I use edgy on
amd64, with sun java5.
For some reason I can't upload the crash report. launchpad says its an empty
file, but it isn't. Hope it
