On Hewlett Packard HP8560w notebook, I updated the BIOS to F.29 from F.26.
Using the previous ubuntu 13.04 harddisk, I did a reinstallation using
raring-desktop-amd64.iso dated 2013January23. The installation was successful.
I did 10 times of reboot and there was no problem

mentioned that Backports offers a way to selectively provide newer
versions of software for older Ubuntu releases.
What I mean is that when I downloaded raring-desktop-amd64.iso dated
2013January23 and installed on Hewlett

with no errors. Between each reboot I invoke firefox and access a website. No

packard hp8560w again. I re-booted 10times and the issues are not anymore.
