Hello,
I've been trying to get Jivelite to show visualizations while playing
music on CSOS-F19-R2. I had been curious to see how the visualizations
look, and had never been able to get them to work, except on my
Fedora-20 laptop, where they worked just fine (except for the fact that

When will it be ready for download? The Wandboard without CSOS is just a

Hi,
I decided that I had spent enough time on the port, and installed LMS
manually - following this howto:

as adviced by Roland0 (Thank you!)
Everything works now.

Hi,
just get 'Ubuntu' (http://www.ubuntu.com/download/server) - i prefer the
Server Version.
The only thing to know is - always use a LTS (Longterm Support)
Version.
Be aware that Ubuntu 13 had a newer perl Version thats not supported by
LMS - So 12.04 LTS (equal if server or not) its the "best"
I did read a little about that. It seems pretty cool. I like the

However, I got that sense that vortexbox quite a lot of work to deal
with and get set up right. Would you say that is wrong?
I've never personally set one up.

Are you sure that LMS is still running? One way to check is to open a
terminal session and type the following. Try it and paste the results
here. It is also worth checking the server log, which I believe you will
find in /var/log/squeezeboxserver/.
ps aux | grep squeeze

Actually, I cannot access it (connect it) through my SB's either. Any

It works with 24-192 files, and I wanted to see which
Silly question: have you checked the sampling rate that is in the header
of one of the wav files that are encoded with FLAC. If the sampling rate
in the wav file header is different to the actual sampling rate of the
file this will have the effect of slowing or speeding up the file when
played.
I noticed there was a scrolling issue with accented characters. Eg.
