OK, I really hate to be writing this. But I have tried everything I can think
of. ProxyPass, RewiteRule and although I
can get http://irc2.mydomain.com/drone to work, I can not figure out how to get
drilling in to work.
I am using apache 1.3 and Virtual hosts. When I go to the drone main

has several webs. What I would like to do
is simplify this a little. Here is what I have and this works fine

I have a conf file that has multiple RewriteRule lines. This
conf file works fine. My problem is this same conf file is used on several
hundred boxes and is created from a CVS build. I need to add a custom RewriteRule
for a single server that all other servers will not get. I believe I can

Yes, apache conf file can be written in perl, so you can use if statements
to determine whether you want something installed or not depending on
whatever your criteria is.
