having this really annoying issue. In the middle of whatever I'm doing, it

Why does OpenOffice use the system setting for the menu background, but
not for the color? Black on black doesn't look that nice... :-)
Is there a way to change the menucolor?

wrong list so please forgive me if I am. I use KDE 3.5 /Kubuntu. When I
install the newest version (160/163/ ) I cannot open it because a Menu is not
included in the deb files. How can I overcome this?
