Accessibility to request that there be reasonable accommodation in place for
VoiceOver users to receive app refunds in cases like Sieghard's. I'd also

this group from the web. When I read through stuff on the web and wish to
respond, or I decide to post something fresh while reading this board on the
web, I can't get VO to read the compose or Reply buttons while view

That's the three finger double tap. It always says speech off and then
speech on if you repeat it. Triple click home will specifically say voice
over off.
The advantage to the three finger double tap is that you can turn speech
off, but VO is still running, so your gestures haven't changed,
